Dustin Hoff is the CEO of KeyData Associates, an industry leader in Identity Security services including strategic consulting, technology integration, and managed services. He is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in digital identity and cybersecurity industry. Dustin combines extensive industry experience with a deep understanding of security trends and leading practices and is a trusted advisor to his clients. Dustin earned his BA degree from American University and his MS degree from Johns Hopkins.

Sean is a highly accomplished cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience, 10 years of which were with one of the largest professional services firms. His professional career has spanned across Identity and Access Management, Security Architecture, Security Governance, and Web Application Security. He has effectively managed multiple concurrent projects ranging from complex integration, business process design, to defining strategies and roadmaps.

Sean is a Project Manager Professional (PMP), a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Internal Systems Auditor (CISA). He is also an active member of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP).

Brian’s extensive experience in the Canadian IT Industry has led to the development of a broad skill set. With over 20 years focused on managing and growing security consulting practices, Brian has led large Canadian InfoSec projects in the Federal Public Sector, Energy Industry and Financial Services Sector.

Since joining KeyData as the CTO, Brian provides a technical voice to the KeyData senior leadership team. This position also allows Brian to work with strategic customers on tasks that may include everything from helping them reshape their strategies around Identity in the public cloud to developing custom automation and product integrations in several programming languages.

His unique experience as both a defender and an attacker has allowed him opportunities to speak at events from ISACA, ISF, SecTor, EDIST and MISA among others.

Ram is an accomplished finance professional with over 22 years of experience in finance and accounting for businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to multinational organisations.He has been the Head of Finance at KeyData since 2018. Ram has previously led a large finance team and successfully managed complex project reporting. He has experience in data modelling, financial reporting, new system implementation, set-up a financial deck, M&A, year-end audit, and build the new finance team and structure for a new organisation.Ram has worked in a various industries including banking, automotive, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, and now cyber security.

Ram holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. He also has a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Finance as well as a Software Engineering Diploma in Programming.He is also an active member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

Safwan Nathersa is a Partner at KeyData who works closely with our customers and employees to drive growth and customer success. Prior to taking on his role at KeyData, Safwan spent over a decade in various leadership roles spanning consulting, delivery management and business development, all within the identity space. He is an identity and access management thought leader and plays an instrumental part in the growth of KeyData.

With over 15 years of experience, Awais has consistently showcased unmatched leadership, propelling the success of intricate digital identity initiatives worldwide.

Prior to joining KeyData, Awais has worked in various leadership roles, his extensive skill set encompasses areas such as Customer Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration, and Privileged Access Management, among others!

Awais holds a Computer Engineering degree from NUST and his executive education from INSEAD Business School
