Rosa is the Founder and former CEO of KeyData Associates. Currently she is Executive Chairman and Chairman of KeyData’s Board. A recognized expert in CyberSecurity, Rosa is a trusted advisor to clients in critical infrastructure industries, focusing on Identity Security, Zero Trust, Governance and Regulatory Compliance.
Prior to starting KeyData, Rosa was Chief information Security Officer at BMO Financial Group where she also had responsibility for leading the enterprise on Operations Risk and Business Continuity. Prior to BMO, Rosa was Chief Information Security Officer at Ontario Hydro where she provided leadership and governance for security across the enterprise, which included the world’s largest nuclear facilities and power grid.
Rosa holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario and a certificate in Advanced Executive Program from NorthWestern Kellogg School of Management.
J.D. Wright
J.D. is a Partner with CIVC Partners, a private equity group that has been investing in leading business services companies for over 30 years. J.D. is currently on the Board of Directors for KeyData, GPRS, Magnate Worldwide, and Specialized Elevator. Prior to CIVC, he worked for Harris Williams & Co. where he was involved in a variety of M&A and corporate finance transactions. J.D. received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Sam Sliman
Sam Sliman is the founder of Gulfscape Ventures, where he invests in growth and early-stage technology companies and serves as an advisor to private equity funds.
Prior to Gulfscape, Sam was President and a board member of Optimal, a technology consulting firm backed by Tailwind Capital and acquired by NTT DATA (NYSE:NTT). Over a 20-year career in technology, he held roles as an Executive Vice President, General Manager and Business Development lead for Commerce One (NASDAQ:CMRC), AppNet (NASDAQ:APNT, acquired by Commerce One), and Research & Planning, Inc. (acquired by AppNet). He began his career as a technology architect with Accenture.
In addition to KeyData, Sam currently serves on the Board of Directors of Silverline, Magnus Technologies and United Road Services, and is the former Chairman of Coalfire.
He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
David Caputo
David Caputo is the Founder and Managing Partner of New York-based private equity firm RVE Partners. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of WHI Global, the aerospace investment platform of RVE which consists of four operating entities acquired since 2014. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Interward Asset Management. Prior to founding RVE, David was a Director in the Global Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance group at RBC Capital Markets. David graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.
