JOB DETAILS:

Location: Toronto, Ontario (currently remote during pandemic)

We are currently seeking an IAM / PAM Manager/Senior Manager. This position is responsible for delivering consulting and security services across Canada and the United States. The Manager/Senior Manager will provide pre and post-sales support, work closely with the Delivery teams for the delivery of the IAM, PAM, CIAM and security services. With an in-depth security and IAM background the Practice Lead will have technical expertise in IAM/PAM systems along with in-depth experience from the perspective of governance, people, process and technology. Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and controls for adherence such as NERC CIP, NIST, GDPR, DOX, Privacy, HIPAA, and others. Good working knowledge of ISO27001, COSO, CobiT.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Develop SOWs and deliver consulting services engagements building on the existing client relationships while identifying and advancing our expertise in consulting, product innovation, and professional services capabilities.
  • Ability to manage diverse teams including functional and technical resources, manage engagement economics, client relationship, and client expectations
  • Manage client relationships with decision makers. Build customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new business and revenues
  • Lead IAM/PAM assessments; develop enterprise target architecture and roadmap; recognize technical and process gaps in client IAM environments based on best practices, industry process and technical standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements
  • Managing small teams to assist in delivery of client engagements
  • Preparing and presenting oral and written reports and summary presentations
  • Developing and documenting IAM policies and control standards and implementing and processes to ensure defined standards and controls are operationalized
  • Implementing entitlement management strategies and solutions for role based access controls and provisioning procedures for both external and internal application needs; understanding of multiple methods of role management
  • Act as senior level SME for IAM, PAM, CIAM and cloud security engagements
  • Support the development of an organization-wide strategy for IAM and all integrated components (technology and process)
  • Ability to evaluate industry best practices related to IAM and apply to individual organizations based on needs and best fit
  • Advise clients on IAM/PAM vendor assessment and selection
  • Knowledge of regulatory implications and standard framework for compliance across multiple industries
  • Excellent knowledge of industry regulatory requirements esp, financial, energy, healthcare and more
  • Ability to manage identity teams throughout major assessments, roadmap development, solutions assessment, roadmap development, process re-design and more
  • Demonstrated advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
  • Understand multiple Identity/Privilege & Access Management products such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Azure, AWS and others
  • Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches
  • Experience with role-based access control strategies and implementation
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation
  • Strong program team leadership and interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Strong knowledge of risk and control principles and assessment methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of various industry compliance regulations
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems
  • Ability to independently multi-task; self-starter
  • Ability to work in a highly integrated and dynamic team environment
